Welcome to my website! If you're looking for a professional massage therapist, you've come to the right place.

The everyday stress of life leads to the build up of toxins in our bodies. If left untreated, the toxins can eventually wear you down, leaving you feeling off balanced and in worse cases excruciating pain. Massage therapy is an ancient form of healing that has been proven to lower stress levels and alleviate pain by releasing the toxins built up through the manipulation of the body's soft tissues. You can derive significant health and performance benefits from receiving regular massage therapy. Massage is an indispensable part of maintaining optimal health. I offer therapeutic sessions using different modalities as needed and indicated by you and your tissue. Each session is customized to you and all aim to effectively promote general circulation, enhance tissue/joint mobility, facilitate healing, and decrease tension and stress. Private session length varies and you make that determination. An hour every week, every couple of weeks, or once a month can help maintain your health. With regular massage you can be on the path of leading a more balanced life.
